刘宇,女,副教授,西南交通大学管理学硕士,中国物流学会会员。主要研究领域为:项目管理、旅游经济学、供应链管理。长期承担《项目管理》(双语)、《供应链管理》(双语)、《微观经济学》(双语)、《服务管理》(双语)等本科生课程教学。 近年来,承担校外科研项目11项,包括省部级8项,地厅级3项,校级科研项目若干;主持8项,主研3项。其中,主持教育部高等学校物流管理与工程类专业教学指导委员会2项已结题并分别获得国家级优秀课题二、三等奖;主持和参与中国物流学会课课题4项已结项且全部获奖;主持四川省教育厅教改项目2项,已结题1项;主持和参与绵阳市社科联项目3项,均结题。在国内核心学术期刊和国际核心学术期刊以及重要国际学术会议发表学术论文近10篇。 |

一、课程简介
This course is targeted toward an academic as well as a practitioner audience. On the academic side, it should be appropriate for Logistics students, engineering master’s students, and senior undergraduate students interested in supply chain management and logistics. It should also serve as a suitable reference for both concepts as well as methodology for practitioners in consulting and industry.
The goal of this class was to core not only high-level supply chain strategy and concepts, but also to give students a solid understanding of the analytical tools necessary to solve supply chain problems. With this class goal in mind, our objective was to create a book that would develop an understanding of the following key areas and their interrelationship:
● The strategic role of a supply chain
● The key strategic drivers of supply chain performance
● Analytic methodologies for supply chain analysis
二、先行课程
1、Procurement and warehouse management
Provide a practical framework of enterprise purchase and warehouse inventory management, reflect the electronic procurement of advanced digital age trend.
2、Data model and decision
Introduces the statistical method for characterizing uncertainty decision, using operational research methods for the characteristics of the deterministic decision, in principle for the characteristics of the game strategy decision-making basic principle and general method.
三、教学目标
1. Discuss the goal of a supply chain and explain the impact of supply chain decisions on the success of a firm.
2. Identify the three key supply chain decision phase and explain the significance of each one.
3. Explain why achieving strategic fit is critical to a company’s overall success.
4. Discuss the role each driver plays in creating strategic fit between the supply chain strategy and the competitive strategy.
5. Identify the key factors to be considered when designing a distribution network.
6. Develop a framework for making network design decisions.
四、教学结果
通过本课程的学习,学生需要实现以下教学结果:
1. Can explain why achieving strategic fit is critical to a company’s overall success.
2. Can identify the key factors to be considered when designing a distribution network.
3. Can manage supply to improve synchronization in a supply chain in the face of predictable variability.
4. Can devise appropriate discounting schemes for a supply chain.
5. Can describe different measures of product availability.

六、课程管理
课程管理,主要从以下三个方面管理:

2) 出勤约束:旷课达到3次,或请假达到4次,旷课和请假总计达到4次,以上三种情况均取消考试资格。

3. 学习结果评估
1) 考核标准:以结果为导向,具体件课程设计

七、学术诚信

十三、教师简介
Liu Yu graduated from the school of economic management of Southwest Jiao Tong University, worked in Management Research Institute of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics logistics. Since the entry, she works very hard, as the bilingual course teacher, she did a great job of flexible teaching methods, teaching effect good award students, and won the "Tianfu master" title in 2009. In addition, many also organized and participated in all levels of teaching and scientific research project.
